Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field; CWCM certification required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in child welfare.
• Ability to travel regionally and statewide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training needs for training unit case managers.
• Provide guidance and informal supervisory support to Case Management Mentors and other case managers.
• Collaborate with supervisors to determine unit training needs and communicate staff training needs to leadership.
• Meet regularly with trainees to assess needs, goals and progress.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and leadership to identify strengths and growth areas.
• Support timely case management certification and required paperwork.
