The Learning Experience Corp. is hiring Assistant Teachers to partner with lead teachers in creating a stimulating, welcoming classroom for infants to preschoolers. You will support the proprietary L.E.A.P.

Curriculum®, tailoring activities to each child’s needs while upholding safety and nurturing environments. Role emphasizes communication with families, collaboration with staff, and active participation in center initiatives to drive retention and enrollment.

Qualifications

• Educational background requirements include a High School Diploma or GED.
• ECE coursework is preferred but not required.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines and immunization/health training rules.

Responsibilities

• Classroom leadership with teachers to create a welcoming, stimulating space for children.
• Assist with implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and nurture in daily activities and settings.
• Update families on progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff to support retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Build warm, professional relationships with families and colleagues.
