The Learning Experience is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support classrooms with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will partner with teachers to implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, ensuring a safe, inviting space for children to learn through play.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a passion for early childhood education, with immunizations and state requirements met. This on-site role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience in childcare or demonstrated passion for early childhood education preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines and health/safety training requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead classroom activities in partnership with teachers to create a welcoming, engaging space for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Support curriculum implementation of the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® and adapt approaches to individual child needs.
• Prioritize safety and maintain a nurturing environment for all children.
• Communicate progress with families using apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and retention efforts.
• Build positive relationships with families and colleagues to foster learning through play.
