The Learning Experience is seeking Assistant Teachers who are ambassadors of happiness, helping to create a warm, engaging environment for infants to preschoolers. You will support the implementation of our LEAP Curriculum® and collaborate closely with teachers to ensure every child thrives.

This role emphasizes safety, clear family communication, and teamwork with center staff to boost enrollment and retention.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ECE coursework preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in childcare or a demonstrable passion for early childhood education preferred.
• Meet state requirements including immunizations and health/safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Classroom Leadership: Partner closely with teachers to orchestrate a stimulating, welcoming space for children to play, learn, and grow.
• Curriculum Implementation: Support teachers in implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool.
• Safety First: Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children are safeguarded and can thrive.
• Family Communication: Regularly update parents on progress and milestones via mobile apps and in-person discussions.
• Center Collaboration: Work with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Relationship Builder: Cultivate warm relationships with families and colleagues to support a positive learning atmosphere.
