Job summary

JLL is seeking a property administrator-level professional for our Birmingham on-site team. The role focuses on supporting property management tasks, liaising with tenants, landlords, and the accounts team, and ensuring service charges and leases are managed according to client requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience in property management, familiarity with lease terms, and a collaborative approach to working with other PM, finance, and data teams to deliver high-quality property

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and knowledge of lease terms.
• Preference for someone currently in a property administrator role or a recent graduate with education or experience in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations with FMs and lead surveyor.
• Respond to tenant queries on service charge, rent, insurance, etc.
• Support occupier engagement activities including tenant meetings.
• Advise on lease repair obligations and promote a partnering approach.
• Support licences/wayleaves processes and help drive additional fees.
• Provide surveying input into client reporting and attend client meetings.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting and rates mitigation with PM teams.
