Job summary

JLL is seeking a Property Manager to lead a team and deliver outstanding client service for an office asset or portfolio. You will handle budgets, financial reporting, and Tenant Improvements or capital projects while developing staff and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong vendor management, lease administration, and compliance with regulations. A real estate license is required within six months, with 3+ years in commercial property management and related financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Real estate license required within six months of hire date.
• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with tenant relations.
• 3+ years of budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting, and CAM reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Build relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor management.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses.
• Manage lease administration including renewals, amendments, and TI coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety and environmental requirements.
