Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Surveyor to join its Property Management team on a development-site portfolio. The role focuses on delivering exceptional property management, supporting masterplanning and client relationships, with oversight across development stages from live sites to disposal.

Based in Birmingham / Bristol, the role involves coordinating with Asset/Development Managers, budgeting, and ESG/FM collaboration to ensure high standards and effective governance on complex sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the client’s Asset Manager / Development Manager on assets and lead this relationship in a dynamic and professional manner.
• Design and apply a property management operating structure appropriate to each site's development stage, evolving as land parcels move from retained land to disposal.
• Assist with oversight of residential managing agents across a portfolio of sites, providing graduated oversight based on risk and client requirements.
• Coordinate with ESG, FM teams and service partners on initiatives and reporting.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations in line with client KPIs and RICS guidelines.
