Jobot in Tampa is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our multifamily construction team on high-rise projects. You will assist in managing all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of high-rise multifamily experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of building codes and safety standards.

Our company is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team in the multifamily construction sector. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with a solid background in high-rise multifamily construction. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

1. 1. Assist the Superintendent in overseeing and managing all daily on-site construction activities.
2. 2. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
3. 3. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
