Job summary

Jobot in Livermore, CA is seeking a seasoned Permanent Multi-Family Construction Superintendent with podium experience to lead multifamily and podium projects from inception to completion on site. • Resolve issues to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Prepare and present regular project reports on progress and budget.

Qualifications:

1. 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on multifamily and podium construction is required.
2. 2. Proven experience managing large-scale construction sites from start to finish, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
3. 3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. 4. Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
5. 5. Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team of construction professionals.
