Jobot is seeking a Permanent Multi-Family Construction Superintendent to oversee podium projects from inception to completion in Oakland, CA. You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality, coordinating with architects, engineers, and trades to keep programs on track.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in multifamily construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.

7. 7. Prepare and present regular project reports, providing updates on progress, budget, and any issues or challenges.
8. 8. Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the progress and outcome of the project.

Qualifications:

1. 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on multifamily and podium construction is required.
2. 2. Proven experience managing large-scale construction sites from start to finish, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
3. 3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. 4. Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
5. 5. Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team of construction professionals.
6. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
7. 7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
