Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to lead the day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work progresses safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years in multifamily construction, hands-on leadership in wood-frame and podium-style builds, and fluency with Procore, MS Office, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of superintendent experience in multi-family construction.
• Experience with ground-up wood-frame and podium-style construction.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, and scheduling software.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Job Details

• 5–15 years of Superintendent experience in multi-family construction.


• Proven experience with ground-up wood-frame and podium-style construction.


• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and building regulations.


• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software.


• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.


• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


• LIHTC experience is a plus.
