Jobot is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for multifamily construction in Indianapolis. You will support the on-site Superintendent, coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality, assist with scheduling, and enforce safety standards on a fast-paced field site.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and experience with ground-up multifamily projects, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support Superintendent in daily on-site construction operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor work for quality and compliance
  • Assist with project scheduling and sequencing of trades
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and participate in safety meetings
  • Track daily progress and maintain accurate field reports
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for field execution
  • Assist with inspections and ensure work meets project requirements
  • Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
  • Communicate effectively with project team, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Identify and help resolve field issues and conflicts
  • Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Support punch list completion and project closeout activities
