Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 2 years of related construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive between sites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to read plans and construction documents.
• Self-supervision; systematic approach to tasks.
• Ability to interact with customers and management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Inspect each home daily to assure quality and adherence to plans.
• Schedule and walk inspections with inspectors.
• Conduct homeowner walks and ensure satisfaction at close.
• Assist in managing subcontractors on quality, safety, schedule and cost.
• Enforce site safety programs and subcontractor compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of communities and jobsites.
• Support construction schedule to deliver on time and budget.
• Provide superior customer service during all phases of construction.
• Build positive relations with subcontractors and homeowners.
