Job summary

Richard Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee daily field activities, manage personnel, and ensure project success on schedule and budget. You will uphold safety standards, supervise trades, and coordinate with the safety manager across sites.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience with a general contracting company.
• OSHA 30 Certified.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Experience in Davis Bacon-Prevailing wage or Union projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day field operations.
• Coordinate with project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget and quality control.
• Plan and organize project work per contract documents.
• Monitor field productivity and maintain logs (RFI, change orders, submittals).
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely completion within budgets.
