Richard Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily field operations across projects nationwide. The role requires managing field personnel, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of general contracting experience.
• Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
• Experience with projects $20MM+ and in healthcare/federal sectors.
• Experience in managing change orders, schedules, and contracts.
• Ability to develop RFIs, change orders, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise day-to-day field operations.
• Communicate with project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget and quality.
• Organize work per contract documents and manage subcontractors.
