Qualifications

• 0–3 years’ experience with a general contracting company
• Understanding of construction materials, means, methods and building systems
• Ability to develop, implement, and comprehend RFIs & change orders
• Clear communication to home office, Owner, Subcontractors
• Experience with project schedules and 3-week look‑aheads
• OSHA 30 certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day field operations
• Coordinate with project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget and quality
• Plan and organize project work per contract documents
• Monitor field productivity
• Maintain project documentation (RFI logs, change orders, submittals)
• Maintain customer relationships
• Ensure timely, safe completion within budgets
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals
