Job summary

Acima is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, credit turn-down processing, and converting web orders into Acima credit customers. The role involves educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms, driving conversions, and collaborating with partner stores to meet performance targets.

This full-time, hourly position offers potential bonuses and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays across partner locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through appropriate channels (web, partner stores, walk-ins).
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments, benefits, and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications including in-store and web orders.
• Coordinate with Acima partner stores to ensure smooth operations and conversions.
