GPM Investments LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Tennessee. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, run registers, and lead a team focused on customer service and store success.

This role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, with shifts on second or third shift as needed. You will oversee inventory and merchandising, manage team schedules, and ensure cash handling and deposits are performed accurately.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays is required.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
