GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep a busy convenience store energized and running smoothly on every shift. You will support daily operations, help customers at the register, and lead a team focused on service and sales growth.

You’ll step in as acting manager when needed, handle inventory and merchandising, and ensure a clean, safe store environment. This role requires weekend/holiday availability and 21+ age with a Food Safety Certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Open availability for weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Be capable of leading a team and delivering strong customer service.
• Must obtain or hold a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits, oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
