GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and lead a high-performing team. The role involves managing daily tasks, coaching staff, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, efficient store environment.

You’ll oversee cash handling, scheduling, and inventory, stepping in as acting manager when needed, and contributing to sales growth and overall store success. Open availability and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-service skills and a great attitude.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach a diverse team.
• Experience in upselling and driving sales.
• Willing to manage cash handling and basic store finances.
• Ability to hire, train, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Must have or obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
