GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for its convenience store in the United States. The role focuses on customer service, operations, and leadership across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach staff on upselling, hire and train the team, and oversee inventory and cash handling. Strong English skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Open Availability to work weekends, holidays and often second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license, vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Physically capable of cleaning restrooms, taking out trash and maintaining exterior areas.
• Minimum age 18+ years.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Certification in Food Safety is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
