Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Drive sales, monitor KPIs, and manage customer relationships.
• Provide feedback and develop team members.
• Maintain store appearance and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager on staff development.
