Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is looking for a store manager candidate to lead a team and drive sales at our Woodstock location. The role includes a comprehensive 5-week manager-training course and ongoing staff development.

You will be responsible for daily operations, coaching staff, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining safety and compliance across banking, inventory, and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5‑week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet theirs.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
