Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Manage store associates, set goals, and provide regular follow-up.
• Recruit and train store personnel and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead selling strategy to hit KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory controls.
