Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee sales, staffing, visual merchandising, and inventory while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will mentor associates, manage performance, and ensure the store meets KPIs through accurate cash handling and compliant procedures.
