Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coaching a team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role drives performance across staffing, training, merchandising, and policy adherence while maintaining a vibrant store environment.

As a key leader on the floor, you will manage duties in the Store Manager's absence, execute company directives, and contribute to an inclusive, high-energy retail experience for fans and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer progressive discipline in manager's absence.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Ensure staffing and scheduling aligns with company needs and peaks.
