Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and coach a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional customer service, manage cash, and uphold store standards while supporting the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage store operations and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer complaints, and operational issues.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Open/close the store following Operations guidelines and maintain cash controls and bank drops.
• Train and develop store personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
