Job summary

Dollar Tree in Edwardsville, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and help in opening/closing procedures while upholding company policies.

You will train and supervise store associates, maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
