Job summary

Dollar Tree in Perkasie, PA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, and help organize merchandise while maintaining store standards.

You will also participate in opening/closing procedures, oversee scheduling and cash handling, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment for all customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise between areas and maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas, ensuring a well-stocked floor and organized stockroom.
• Support in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling duties while ensuring loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
