• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel; leads and develops store personnel.
• Assists the store manager with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations to the store manager.
• Informs the store manager of team developments and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Trains and develops store personnel to achieve their maximum potential using company-provided training materials.
• Ensures store personnel comply with customer service principles and demonstrates appropriate interactions with customers and co-workers.
• Prepares, manages and revises weekly schedules in alignment with scheduling procedures.
