ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help supervise day-to-day store activities, drive performance, and develop the team through training opportunities. You’ll manage schedules, assist with payroll and inventory controls, and execute action plans to improve results in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers full-time hours (38 per week) with a starting wage of $27.00 per hour and a wage increase to $28.00 per hour in year 2.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to their direct reports to ensure mutual understanding and desired results.
• Identifies training and development opportunities that will assist their direct reports in achieving enhanced performance.
• Monitors the competitive environment within the community and informs the direct leader regarding adjustments necessary to maintain the company’s competitive position.
