Qualifications

• 18 years old or older required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience and management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and lead store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager as needed.
• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel; leads and develops staff.
• Helps develop and implement action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours during interviews and provides hiring recommendations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures; promotes a positive team environment.
• Stock shelves and manage merchandising; operate POS system and process purchases.
• Coordinate curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers' vehicles.
