ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Maple Grove, MN. This role reports to the store manager and leads store operations to grow sales, control expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will develop personnel, uphold ALDI values, and ensure policy compliance.

The position is full-time with an average of 38 hours per week and starts at $26.50 per hour, with Year 2 increases to $27.50. You will drive teamwork and operational excellence daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolving employee and customer concerns with the store manager when needed.
• Delivers clear expectations and develops store personnel to achieve results.
• Supports action-plans to improve operating results and staff development.
• Leads interview tours and provides hiring recommendations to the store manager.
• Maintains schedules, uses POS systems accurately, and ensures cash handling policies are followed.
• Drives sales, controls costs, and ensures a safe, compliant, customer-focused store environment.
• Ensures adherence to merchandising standards and planograms to maximize sales.
