Job summary

The role involves opening/closing procedures, merchandise handling, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention to ensure a safe, efficient store environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience in grocery or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
