Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or grocery management preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and provide a friendly service.
• Oversee merchandise transfers from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed and ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Process directives and maintain store displays and cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering, receiving, and loss prevention tasks.
• Support in training and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff.
