Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store goals and operational tasks such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Take on Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.
• Contribute to recruiting, training and evaluating store staff.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to help profitability.
