Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in San Antonio, TX to partner with the store manager and oversee daily operations, merchandising, product launches and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive sales and service goals, participate in off-site events, and participate in training that prepares you for leadership success across our retail network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Provide extraordinary customer experiences with AT&T products and services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
