Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily retail store operations in San Antonio. You will partner with the store manager to drive merchandising, product launches, and sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead and mentor a team of retail sales consultants, coordinate promotions, and participate in off-site events as needed. A path to leadership is supported by comprehensive training and development.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
