Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office if unable to resolve.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications, requests, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and accurately, explaining solutions and ensuring customers feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, manage cash drawer, deposits, and other cash handling tasks.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process all transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
