Job summary

You will educate customers on product options, handle cash operations, and coordinate with store leadership to resolve issues while maintaining a positive, compliant store image across districts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and services.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations or corporate office if unable to resolve.
• Answer telephone inquiries regarding general questions, customer applications or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring they feel supported.
