Job summary

Yesway- is seeking a store supervisor to assist the Store Manager with training, scheduling, and daily operations at our New Mexico location. You will resolve customer concerns, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee guest transactions to maintain hospitality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and may prefer one year of supervisory experience in retail or fast‑food environments. You will support audits, stocking, and end‑of‑day procedures to monitor profits and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; and
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
