Job summary

Yesway, Inc. is seeking a store supervisor in Texas to support the Store Manager with training and development of staff, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.

You will handle customer concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with audits, merchandising, and oversee guest transactions, while helping monitor profits and shrink.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or related fields.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
