Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking, standing, stooping, and bending.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in supervising, training, and developing store associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
