Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with opening and closing procedures, supervise associates, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor that meets company standards.

In this role you will organize merchandise flow, assist with payroll and scheduling, and uphold loss prevention measures while delivering a positive, friendly shopping experience for customers and coworkers alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner
• Organize merchandise from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives and keep records (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits)
• Maintain store fixtures and displays and ensure loss prevention measures
