Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process directives and communications related to store activities
• Maintain displays and promotional fixtures; ensure store presentation
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll/scheduling/cash handling, and loss prevention
• Keep store areas well-stocked, neat, and secure assets
• Supervise and develop Store Associates; promote a safe environment
• Ensure cleanliness and restocking of restrooms, floors, and trash removal
