Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, support the Store Manager, and ensure a clean, well-stocked store.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a customer-focused mindset. The position is part-time and based at our Florida location; you will help with payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention while upholding company policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Lead and train Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
