Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Garland, TX location. You will partner with the store manager to plan, organize, train, and lead the team to meet sales, cost, and guest satisfaction targets.

You will drive food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards while managing scheduling and daily operations. The role focuses on supervising shift leads, ensuring accurate orders, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training programs.
• Achieve company objectives in service quality and appearance of the facility through training of employees while creating a positive working environment.
• Meet scheduling requirements, cover all shifts where it is needed to ensure operations go undisturbed.
• Follow up with the store manager for any callouts or no-shows.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are done by the scheduled times, controlling cost by ordering what we need.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain the temperature log.
• Inspect all products to ensure correct unit count and condition, report differences to the store manager.

Responsabilités

• Oversee shift leads in opening/closing procedures and adherence to policies.
• Ensure order accuracy and exceptional guest service.
• Supervise inventory, chicken counts, and waste.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Address customer complaints effectively and escalate as needed.
• Assist with daily/weekly cleaning schedules when needed.
