Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading assigned category team and operating the store
• Operates the store as the Manager On Duty with management team
• Maintains security and serves as a key-holding manager
• Addresses customer complaints to satisfactory conclusions
• Maintains merchandising and store cleanliness for operational efficiency
• Assists General Manager with interviewing, hiring, onboarding new talent
• Trains and develops associates and leads
• Leads daily briefings and meetings to communicate with staff
• Discusses associate performance with General Manager
• Drops off bank deposits and manages change orders
• Gathers café/grocery supplies as needed
• Creates schedules and daily agendas
• Performs other duties as assigned
