Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing, transferring merchandise and maintaining seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and maintain store displays and promotions.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling and cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and train/develop store associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment and professional relationships with customers and staff.
