Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC in Elyria, OH is seeking a Part-time Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read and explain operational directives is required
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner
• Help organize and stock merchandise from delivery to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store areas to company standards
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling
• Train and develop store associates
